We’re looking for a full-time Assistant Shop Manager for our Hampstead Heath coffee shop. You’ll help lead a team, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and play a massive, front-line role in delivering our social mission.

• Eye for Detail: Keeps the coffee shop well-presented and inviting.
• Dependable Support: Acts as a reliable backup for the Coffee Shop Manager.

Skill Sets

• Operational Knowledge: Strong hospitality experience with an understanding of the coffee shop’s operational and financial goals.
• Training and Development: Passionate about training team members and fostering their growth.
• Management: Capable of deputising for the Coffee Shop Manager, managing the team and operations in their absence.
