Claire House Children’s Hospice is seeking a full-time Assistant Shop Manager for its Ellesmere Port shop. This role involves supporting the shop manager and leading a team of volunteers to enhance sales and improve retail practice while providing a positive shopping experience.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Assistant Shop Manager in our Ellesmere Portshop who will support the Manager in the day-to-day operation and to lead a team of volunteers. You will work 37.5 hours per week, on a variable rota over 7 days, including weekends and bank/public holidays.
Relevant experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential. Supervisory experience, working with volunteers or selling furniture would be advantageous. You will assist the Manager in achieving sales within the shop using best charity retail practice, creative flair, and an ability to lead by example.
