Job Title: Assistant Shop Manager

We are seeking experienced Assistant Managers to join our charity retail team across North West London. This is an exciting opportunity for proactive, efficient, and confident individuals with strong charity retail experience and excellent customer service skills.

We have multiple part-time positions available at our shops in Enfield, Golders Green, East Finchley, and North Finchley.

Role Overview:

• Contribute to the success of each shop by managing merchandising, pricing, and promoting Gift Aid.
• Connect with the local community and support the shop's role within it.
• Assist the Shop Manager in daily operations and sometimes deputise for them.
• Drive donations and sales, support and train volunteer teams, and ensure a welcoming environment for customers.
