Hours: Part Time – 7.5 hours (Possibility of overtime)

We are currently seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to assist the Shop Manager in achieving the target budget sales income contribution from the Teesside Hospice Charity Shop and to take the lead in the Shop Manager's absence.

You will assist with developing a sales team through effective management, motivation, and leadership of staff and volunteers. Your role is to exceed customer expectations by delivering high-quality customer service. You must adhere to all Teesside Hospice policies and procedures. Collaboration with the Charity Shop Manager, Retail Administration team, and Area is essential to ensure the effective day-to-day running of the business. Additionally, you will contribute to the further development of the charity shops department.

The Assistant Shop Manager is expected to actively contribute to Teesside Hospice's strategic objectives and future ambitions.
