A leading waste management company is seeking an Assistant Shift Team Leader in Runcorn to supervise the shift team and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. The ideal candidate will possess an engineering and safety qualification along with excellent communication skills. Competitive salary of £48,014 plus benefits offered.
We have an opportunity in Runcorn for an Assistant Shift Team Leader to join our team working 40 hours per week, Monday to Sunday on a shift pattern, to include nights. As our Assistant Shift Team Leader, you will supervise and direct the shift team on site, ensuring that processes are carried out in accordance with best practices and compliance standards.
Health, safety, and environmental considerations will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, and you will act as the Authorised Person (AP) in compliance with the Viridor ERF Safe System of Work.
