We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time, permanent Assistant Service Manager to join our services in the Hucknall and Mansfield areas. This post offers an excellent chance to develop your skills as an Assistant Service Manager.
Mencap delivers high-quality, personalised support to people with a learning disability and their families. Leading dedicated teams of Support Workers, you will be an energetic and confident Assistant Service Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your skills and experience, working alongside the Service Manager. You’ll assist in people management and development across the service teams. You will play a key role in maintaining the quality of our service delivery and ensuring continuous improvement. You should be self-motivated, determined, passionate about positive change, and confident in making difficult decisions under pressure.
Your working week is flexible, covering 7 days per week, including weekends. Flexibility is essential for both the individual and Mencap.
