We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, on a full-time contract (37.5 hours per week). A full driver's license is required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to advance their career and develop their skills.

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager. You will support a team of Support Workers and help ensure the smooth operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with the people we support, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Support leadership and management of the team.
  • Be flexible to provide adequate support across the management team on site.
  • Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.

This role requires you to be a driver.
