As a growing charity, we are looking for an Assistant Service Manager to lead a team in providing valuable and caring support to adults with learning disabilities.
This position is based in Fulbourn and provides person-centred support to a gentleman with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning disabilities. This gentleman is sociable, loves swimming, going out to National Trust sites and getting involved in sensory activities. Your time will be spent both providing support as well as leading the team through supervisions and planning rotas. You will work closely with your manager, family members and the team to make a meaningful difference in this gentleman’s life.

Please note:
Upon completing your probationary period, you will be included on an out of hours on call rota covering all services across The Edmund Trust as Tier 1 support. This rota is shared across all managers and is typically an average of 1 week in every 3 months.
