A leading care provider is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to support individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism across multiple sites. The role involves mentoring staff, delivering high-quality care, and promoting independence. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care. As a Assistant Service Manager you will be working across three sites, supporting individuals with all aspects of their daily lives. Along with mentoring and supporting the staff team to ensure that the individuals are receiving high quality support that promotes independence meeting their goals and aspirations. Your role will be to assist the Service Manager in delivering outstanding levels of care to the people we support. You will have experience working with individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
You will be able to work independently, using your own initiative. You will be a team player , with excellent communication skills who can cope under pressure. You will have a person centred approach and be able to work to Bethphage's values, policies and procedures. Some elements of personal care will be required for this role.
This role is full-time with 30 hours off rota and 7.5 hours direct support. Sleep-ins and weekend/bank holiday work may also be required occasionally. The successful candidate should be willing to work occasional evenings and weekend to support the full staff team if required.
*The successful candidate will also be part of our on-call support and rota

Experience of developing new services for adults with LD, Autism and Mental health. A Good understanding of partnership working
