Assistant Service Manager - Toyota Dealership, Coventry

We are currently seeking an Assistant Service Manager for our Toyota dealership in Coventry. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic salary of £34,000 with a bonus OTE of £46,000
  • Company car & benefits

Our goal across all dealerships is to exceed customer expectations. Customer care is paramount in this role, as you will lead from the front to ensure our customers receive the best service experience.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Service department
  • Maximize departmental performance through the sale of labour, parts, and accessories
  • Adhere to all manufacturer policies and procedures
  • Assist with planning, forecasting, and delivering sales targets
  • Manage and develop the team
  • Grow workshop utilization and efficiency
  • Exceed customer satisfaction levels
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service Department

You will need a hands-on approach to support the Service Manager, ensuring targets are met and budgets are managed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Service Advisor, Senior Service Advisor, or Workshop Controller.
