Overview

Assistant Service Manager required in Pontypridd.

Starting salary of £32,100 per annum plus bonuses, providing uncapped on-target earnings around £39,200 per annum. 8:00am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. No weekends! Opportunity to work with one of the UK's most popular car brands.

Responsibilities

A not-to-miss opportunity has become available for an experienced and professional Assistant Service Manager for our client's franchise-approved car dealership in Pontypridd.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager & General Manager and responsible for a team of 5 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Service Advisors, you will be a proactive member of our client's management team with responsibility for running an efficient and professional aftersales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.

Requirements

The successful candidate will live within a reasonable commuting distance of Pontypridd and have strong recent or current experience working as a Senior Service Advisor, or Assistant Service Manager within a small to medium-sized franchise-approved car dealership or be an Assistant Service Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You will need to be effective in managing and supporting colleagues and have the drive and determination to maintain policies that constantly improve customer satisfaction and our client's reputation. You will need to be IT literate and have a UK driving license with minimal points.
