Job Title: Assistant Homecare Manager
Location: Harrow
Salary: £25,000

Hours: Part time with potential to become full time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Homecare Manager to join our team in Harrow. The successful candidate will support the Homecare Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our homecare services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing and supervising homecare staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of business strategies to expand our client base and enhance service offerings.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and ensure that the service consistently meets or exceeds compliance standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, clients, and families to tailor services that meet individual needs.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment to enhance staff performance and client satisfaction.
