Overview

Assistant Service Manager required in Pontypridd. Starting salary of £32,100 per annum plus bonuses, providing uncapped on-target earnings around £39,200 per annum. Hours: 8:00am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends. Opportunity to work with one of the UK's most popular car brands.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Aftersales Manager & General Manager and manage a team of 5 Vehicle Technicians and 2 Service Advisors.
• Run an efficient and professional aftersales operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through maximum utilisation of workshop facilities and the efficient sale of labour.
• Be an active member of the management team and drive policies that continuously improve customer satisfaction and the client's reputation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong recent or current experience as a Senior Service Advisor or Assistant Service Manager within a small to medium-sized franchise-approved car dealership, or as an Assistant Service Manager looking to take the next step.
• Ability to manage and support colleagues and maintain policies that improve customer satisfaction.
• IT literate and possess a UK driving license with minimal points.
• Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Pontypridd.
