About the role

We have an excellent opportunity to join our Team at Porsche Centre Glasgow as an Assistant Service Manager.

As Sytner Assistant Service Manager, you will lead a fantastic Aftersales Team with a significant focus on delivering an outstanding experience for every Customer that visits our Centre. You will oversee our team of Service Advisors and support our Service Manager with a wide range of responsibilities that will drive retail hours and profitability within the Aftersales Department.

You will be an integral member of the Management Team, delivering the highest levels of Customer care while paying close attention to the Departments' processes and procedures.

This is a full-time role, which may include weekends, to ensure we provide our Customers with the highest levels of service.

About you

Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential, along with strong technical knowledge. You should be able to work in a high-pressure environment and possess excellent leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve great results daily. Strong communication skills are crucial, as you will build relationships with Customers and collaborate with all Departments within the Business.
