Are you ready to take the next step in your automotive career with a prestigious brand? We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Assistant Service Manager to join our dynamic Service team at Nottingham Audi.

About the Role

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our Service Department. You will support the Service Manager in delivering outstanding customer service, leading the team, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record and communicate essential information across departments
  • Understand and act on the needs of both customers and the Centre
  • Support the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum efficiency
  • Maintain excellent health, safety, and environmental standards in line with current legislation
  • Utilize and maintain accurate data using in-house computer systems
  • Provide technical knowledge and guidance on Audi products
  • Support the management of financial targets and departmental budgets
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer care in line with brand expectation

About You

  • Proven track record of working in a prestige Service environment
  • Strong organisational and people management skills
  • Excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills
  • Financially astute with a good understanding of departmental performance metrics
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of dealership systems
  • Technically knowledgeable about Volkswagen, Audi or similar automotive brands
  • Awareness of current Health & Safety and Environmental legislation
