ASSISTANT AFTERSALES MANAGER – DORCHESTER

Job Role – Assistant Aftersales Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Assistant Service Manager / Service Reception Manager

Job Location – Dorchester, Dorset

Salary basic 28k OTE 34k

Hours:

Monday – Friday 08.00 – 18.00 and alternate Saturdays 08.00 – 13.00

You will have previously worked in a similar role, or perhaps a Assistant Service Manager, Front of House Manager, Workshop Controller or Senior Service Advisor.

Responsible for:

Implementing the Service Departments After Sales strategy (in respective area)

Maximising volume and gross profit in line with established targets

Managing costs

Ensuring the Service Team uses the agreed after sales processes to maximise profit opportunities.

Ensuring all activities of the Service Team deliver outstanding after sale customer service

Providing direction and support to the Service Team to ensure the delivery of agreed targets.

Maximises the performance of the Service Department with the Aftersales Manager, through effective recruitment, coaching, management and development.
