We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Service Manager to lead our Service Team at our Vertu Honda Bradford dealership. This is a rare opportunity to join an iconic brand, in a city centre site, and develop towards a Service/Aftersales Manager of the future.

We are offering a competitive basic salary of £35,000 with an OTE up to £40,000 depending upon experience.

You will support the Aftersales Manager in the daily running of the department, specifically front-of-house operations. You’ll oversee work planning, resource management, and team performance — including coaching, developing, and motivating colleagues to achieve their best.

The successful applicant will demonstrate that they are values and goals driven, whilst having the ambition and passion to work with our iconic brand partners Honda and Kia. You will have experience from a similar role within Motor Retail.
