Location: Bangor, Gwynedd
Hours: Full time 37 hours per week
Salary: £27,224pa plus sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and travel expenses paid at 45p per mile
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing:
In this hands-on operational role, you’ll work alongside the Service Manager to ensure a safe and caring service for the people we support and our colleagues. You’ll be visible in the day-to-day operation, supporting duties in line with the needs of the people we support. You’ll work shifts on a rota, which may include sleep-ins. In the absence of the Service Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the daily running of the service, providing leadership, monitoring performance, conducting one-to-ones and appraisals, and holding team meetings.
You’ll enjoy building positive relationships with all stakeholders and putting our vision and values into action to deliver a first-class service. Your focus will be on achieving the highest levels of independence for the people we support, organizing and modeling support in an innovative, person-centred, and flexible way to make everyday remarkable.
