You will be responsible for providing safe, cost-effective delivery of high-quality customer service for bus public transport in your designated area, under the direction of your Service Delivery Manager (SDM). This includes assessing, monitoring, and managing bus transport services, staff recruitment, training, development, fleet and facilities presentation, and materials cost control and utilization to meet business needs. You will also assist the SDM in planning, organizing, and delivering business changes to transport services, focusing on safety, customer service, and commerciality.
