Job summary

Bridgnorth Endowed School and Lakelands Academy are seeking a committed Assistant SENDCO to support SEND provision across both schools. You will work under SENDCOs and senior leadership to remove barriers to learning and ensure the best outcomes for pupils with SEND.

The role involves supporting day-to-day SEND operations, maintaining records, coordinating EHCPs and annual reviews, and sharing best practice across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting SEND provision and working with multiple schools.
• Ability to maintain SEND register and pupil records.
• Ability to assist in EHCP processes and annual reviews.

Responsibilities

• Support the SENDCo in day-to-day SEND provision operations.
• Line manage LSAs and track pupil progress.
• Coordinate EHCPs, annual reviews and statutory documentation.
