A leading educational institution in Whitefield is seeking an Assistant SENCO to support students with complex needs. The role involves working under the SENDCo to develop inclusive practices and foster strong relationships with parents and agencies. The ideal candidate will be a team player, dedicated to improving outcomes for young people and committed to staff wellbeing.
Grade 10, SCP 24-27, actual pro rata salary £32,095 - £34,640 per annum
37 hours per week, term time only plus 20 additional days to be worked during periods of school closure.
Working hours: Monday 8.45am to 4.45pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:00pm, Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm.
