A regional health authority in Llanelli is seeking a Security / Violence and Aggression Officer to manage access controls and provide staff training on personal safety. Candidates should have a Level 3 Diploma in Security Management and experience in security services within healthcare. Desirable skills include knowledge of CCTV and the criminal justice process. This permanent role offers a salary range of £27,898 to £30,615 annually, based in Prince Philip Hospital.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Health, Safety and Security Team as a Security / Violence and Aggression Officer.
This vacancy is based in Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli.
The main duties of this role are:
Level 3 Diploma in Security Management or equivalent experience and knowledge along with Security Service experience in healthcare (or security related service) are essential. Experience of the criminal justice process with enforcement agencies including victim/witness support and thorough knowledge of security related standards and procedures are desirable.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
