We are looking for an Assistant Secretary to join us and be a part of the UK Corporate Governance Office, where you will provide high quality governance advice and support to Santander UK boards and committees.
As a key member of the team, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance and governance best practice throughout the Santander UK group. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining high standards, systems and procedures which will be constantly reviewed and improved upon.

This permanent role is based in Unity Place – Milton Keynes however on occasion there may also be a requirement to work from our London Triton Square office.
We want our people to thrive at work and home and also be able to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and to help each other develop. To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
