My client is looking to recruit an ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER for one of its volume operations in the SOUTHAMPTON area.

£50,000 PLUS OTE, PLUS HIGH BASIC, CAR AND GREAT BENEFITS AND ONE WEEKEND OFF IN TWO

• Hands-on role to manage the sales process with energy, drive and ambition.
• Lead and motivate those around them to achieve better results.

Qualifications

• Background in the volume sector and/or volume franchised dealership.
• Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the importance of high standards in terms of site presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Solid background of relevant experience in a volume franchised dealership.
• Full clean UK driving licence.

Remuneration

Up to £50,000 OTE plus company car and benefits; one weekend off in two.
