Responsibilities

1. Assist in leading the revenue management of the hotel by implementing revenue maximization strategies as directed by the Cluster DRM
2. Analyze recent trends across all revenue streams and provide detailed reports to support revenue forecasting
3. Coach, train, and foster a culture of revenue maximization within the hotel
4. Utilize BI tools and gather market intelligence to support strategic decisions
5. Participate in strategy meetings and assist with the annual budgeting process
