Major Accountabilities:
  1. Analyze the performance of the store (e.g., bestsellers, space allocation) and make necessary adjustments to increase productivity and efficiency.
  2. Deliver total customer satisfaction via our service model and boost sales through the customer experience, using advanced sales techniques to achieve results.
  3. Understand customer expectations and train your team to always meet or exceed them.
  4. Guide and provide training to all team members regarding products, NB technologies, and seasonal products.
  5. Assist in coordinating rota and scheduling.
  6. Minimize losses by implementing, monitoring, and tracking all procedures of loss prevention.
  7. Support the recruitment, induction, training, and development of the store team.
  8. Act as key holder for the store and an active member on the shop floor and back of house, carrying out retail duties such as sales, customer service, and stock control.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and serve as an escalation route for customer complaints.
  10. Understand and support store operations, policies, and procedures via the retail game changer.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  12. Perform other duties as required by the business or Store Manager.
