Job Description

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you will:

  1. Manage the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager, leading by example.
  2. Oversee cash processes, stock integrity, and customer service.
  3. Inspire and develop your team using our Leadership & Company Principles.
  4. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  5. Handle deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs.
  6. Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries.
Requirements
