Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.

• Is passionate about supporting and developing team members while maintaining high standards
• Is ready to manage shifts, plan schedules, and enjoy working with the team, coaching on the go
• Has an understanding of managing labour, rotas, and is eager to learn about financial performance
