The Role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development of your team, support shift operations, and drive restaurant performance.

  • Is passionate about supporting and developing their team while maintaining high standards
  • Is prepared to run shifts, plan staffing, and coach on the go
