Job Title: Junior Front of House Manager | Full Time

The Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support ongoing coaching and development, own your shifts to drive performance, and support the team to deliver excellent service.

• You are ready to run shifts, plan staffing, and enjoy working with the team, coaching on the go.
• You have an understanding of managing labor, rotas, and are eager to learn about financial performance.
