We are seeking a seasoned and trustworthy Restaurant Assistant Manager to join us at YORI Banjum, a Korean/Chinese restaurant. This person will lead our front of house team in providing exceptional customer dining experiences while working with our culinary team to create delectable dishes and keep the kitchen spotlessly clean, completely safe, and well-organised.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team members in daily tasks to ensure the restaurant is hygienic and that our patrons enjoy excellent cuisine and service.
• Oversee and place orders for inventory
• Hire, evaluate, and train employees

Requirements

• Requires prior managing experience in a cafe, bar or restaurant. (We encourage supervisors to apply.)
• Fulfils all legal criteria for employment, including obtaining a visa.
• Able to work on the weekends as well as during the week
