Assistant Manager £29,000 - £30,500 per annum DOE - 40 hours per week

What you will be doing
  • As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
  • Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
  • Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need
  • An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
  • An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
  • An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
  • An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task’s in an effective and timely manner
  • You may be a shift manager, team leader or duty manager who is aspiring to grow their career into management, or you may be an assistant manager or deputy manager looking for that next challenge. We want to hear from you!
