About the Role

Job title: Assistant Restaurant Manager - Hotel Du Vin

OTE up to £30,721 per annum (inclusive of tronc) - full time hours, flexible working days.

You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may have been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager.
