Job summary

Taco Bell Swansea is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help run daily operations with energy and flair. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager, lead shifts with a fiesta spirit, motivate your team, and ensure every guest leaves happy while upholding food safety and service standards in our fast-paced environment.

We offer comprehensive training, clear career progression, and a competitive salary up to £34,000 per year. Expect a 45-hour week with flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience of at least 2 years in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Ability to lead shifts and motivate a team while upholding standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Restaurant Manager to provide valuable feedback and ideas.
• Lead shifts with enthusiasm, motivating your team to deliver top performance.
• Assist with staff training and ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Champion exceptional customer service, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain rigorous Health and Safety standards throughout the store.
• Communication & Pressure-Handling: You're a pro at keeping calm and clear in the heat of the moment.
• Strong Leadership Skills: Recognise, reward, and elevate your team.
• Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic restaurant setting.
