They are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their team within their high-quality restaurant.

Main Objective:

To ensure the areas you manage run smoothly, meeting and exceeding guests' and members' expectations, providing the best possible experience. Be the main point of contact for members and guests in a highly professional manner.

Operational Key Points:

  • Knowledge of all F&B standards, quality presentation, service, products, and local health and safety standards
  • Proper and safe use of all equipment
  • Responding appropriately to guest needs during hours of operation
  • Knowledge of food trends and seasonal foods
  • Ability to monitor and control costs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Assessing quality control and adherence to service standards
  • Defining productivity standards with quality requirements and methods to achieve them

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of management experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, excellent interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. This is a high-paced, high-volume environment. Our client offers an attractive salary package and benefits. Live-in accommodation is available if required.

Note: Paid overtime for all hours worked beyond 40 hours per week contract.
