Paramount Personnel are recruiting for a talented assistant restaurant manager for an award-winning hotel in the Braemar area. A renowned establishment for its fine dining and impeccable service, the successful candidate will be passionate about delivering an unforgettable guest experience.

Working closely with the restaurant manager, the successful assistant restaurant manager will ideally have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It is essential that you have previous fine dining experience, and this role would suit somebody looking to progress their career.

Assistant Restaurant Manager responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring a team of dedicated F+B team members, fostering a positive attitude.
• Maintaining the highest standards of guest service, exceeding expectations at every opportunity.
• Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Assisting the restaurant manager in managing inventory, minimizing waste, and contributing to the restaurant's financial success.
• Contributing to the development of new menus, service standards, and innovative guest experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within a fine dining setting, a genuine passion for providing exceptional guest service, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
