Dakota Hospitality Limited (Dakota Hotels) is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, mentor the team, and deliver the high standards the brand is known for. You will collaborate with chefs, bartenders, hosts, and the Restaurant Manager to ensure seamless service from arrival to departure.

• Flexible with shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and peak business periods.

PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate excellent menu knowledge, confidently advising on food, drinks, and upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Lead and support the team on shift by mentoring, coaching, and motivating colleagues to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with operational leadership tasks such as briefings, shift planning, stock control, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
