The role…

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and bar profitability of the hotel in conjunction with the restaurant management team and senior management. You will assist in taking control and accountability for the day-to-day restaurant operations of the hotel, work closely with the group food and beverage trainer to ensure brand consistency, create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests, deputize for the Restaurant Manager in their absence, and help coach and develop all Food and Beverage team members.
