What you’ll be getting up to

• Supporting with running our restaurant and making our guests smile
• Delivering the highest standard of service and demonstrating the ability to wow our guests

St Petroc’s Bistro was opened in 1988 by Rick Stein and Jill Stein. It has grown over the years, specializing in bistro food from Britain, France, Spain, and Italy. In 2016, Ruby’s Bar was opened next door, and our front-of-house team enjoy looking after guests at both venues.
