The Blues Kitchen in London (The Columbo Group venue) is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager, lead the team, and uphold high standards across shifts. This role offers a clear path to senior leadership within a vibrant hospitality environment.

You’ll drive service quality, train staff, and collaborate on guest experience, food, and overall operations while developing recruitment and team growth initiatives.

We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at The Blues Kitchen.

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in running the restaurant, leading the team and maintaining high standards across every shift. This is a key role for someone looking to step into senior leadership.
