About the role

We are looking for a driven Assistant Restaurant Manager join our team here at Oblix.Our Assistant Restaurant Managers are hands-on, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience time and time again. You will be committed to operating at the highest level and consistently lead the rest of the team to do the same.

Our ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager demonstrates :

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Head Waiter

• Hands-on, inspiring, and confident working under pressure

• Excellent communication skills

• An exceptional passion and knowledge of all thing’s food and drinks
