The ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager would have the following experience and abilities:

- High levels of both written and spoken English.
- Intermediate financial understanding – cash handling, labour, rota and stock management.
- Ability to work under pressure (7 shifts over 5 days).
- Positive and can do attitude.
