Our client operates this high-quality restaurant in Haworth, accessible from Leeds, Keighley, Bradford, and Huddersfield.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the General Manager in daily operations, managing up to 15 staff during busy service times. They lead and direct bar and floor staff, ensuring excellent guest service.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff
  • Ensure high-quality guest service
  • Develop and execute marketing plans and bar menus, with opportunities for remote work
  • Handle guest complaints effectively
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff
Ideal Candidate:
  • 5+ years in the hotel industry, preferably in management or supervisory roles
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience delivering first-class hospitality in busy, high-volume venues such as restaurants, hotels, or gastro pubs
