Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with this small but exclusive group of Hotels in Devon, set in 100 acres of beautiful countryside. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

  • To maintain and improve standards of service and develop the procedures within the Food service operation areas whilst training and developing the team.

  • Previous experience with a 4/5 star Hotel.
  • Resilient, creative, able to multitask and can work under pressure.
  • Ability to lead and develop their team.
  • Able to deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time.
