Location: THE PIG - at Combe

Hours: 35 hours per week, plus overtime

Salary: OTE £15.25 per hour (OTE £27,828 per annum)

The Restaurant is the heart of THE PIG. We offer a daily changing menu based on ingredients from our kitchen garden and local suppliers. Each service is unique, fun, and full of atmosphere!

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will create an exciting work environment focused on family, fun, and community. You will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising the team and ensuring positive guest experiences. You will lead food and beverage service in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, requiring excellent communication and people management skills.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and exposure to busy restaurant service.
