  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  • Manage food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Train new employees on restaurant policies, food safety practices, and service techniques.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and quality control.
  • Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock for food production.
  • Assist in menu planning and development alongside the Restaurant Manager.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
