Welcome Break is seeking an Assistant Manager for its KFC unit in the UK. You will lead the team on shift, maintain high standards, and ensure every customer enjoys a warm welcome and great experience. The role offers hands-on leadership with training to grow into a Store Manager position.

You’ll support the Store Manager across service, safety, people and performance, coach on shift, assist with stock and routines, and ensure a clean, well-organised unit ready for busy periods.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager in busy retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Delivers great customer service and welcoming experience.
• Motivates, coaches, and develops others on shift.
• Able to juggle priorities, stay organised, and stay focused in a busy environment.
• Understands standards, compliance and delivering strong sales performance.
• Ambitious with a clear progression path.
