The role…

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, engaging, and truly professional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the restaurant team on a 12-month Maternity cover basis. As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ restaurant experience at supervisory level or above, together with excellent food and wine knowledge. You should be able to use this knowledge to help train, motivate, and develop the team. A passion for service excellence with a drive and determination to elevate the business is essential.
