Job summary

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in the UK is looking for a hands-on leader to support the team, own day-to-day operations, and drive performance. You’ll help recruit, train, and coach the crew to consistently meet and exceed standards while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

This role focuses on rostering, stock control, and delivering an exceptional guest experience, turning first-time visitors into regulars and ensuring shifts run smoothly even during peak times.
