Your Day to Day:

As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for the effective running and organization of the outlet and implementation of the brand standards. You will also be responsible for the effective allocation of resources to ensure a steady performance of the outlet.

What We Need From You:

1. Completed a degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent field
2. Two to three years in a similar role within a luxury hotel and/or resort
3. Solid ability to lead a team
4. Goal oriented personality
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure
